Wilow does not gate features behind a paywall. The Creative Leaderboard, AI Creative Tagging, Outliers Scatter Chart, Action Selector, Creative Diversity, Competitor Tracking, and Saved Ads are all available on the Free plan. The only thing that changes when you upgrade is data depth: how many ad accounts you can connect and how far back your history goes.
This is deliberate. A free user should never be blocked from the product — only from data outside their window. The upgrade prompt surfaces exactly where a user reaches past what Free allows, rather than hiding features behind a paywall they have not tried yet.
Free gives you the last 30 days of performance data, ad history, and AI labels for up to 3 Meta ad accounts. Creative labels are only generated for ads within that window. Ads with no activity in the last 30 days simply do not appear — the data is not hidden behind a blurred screen, it is genuinely outside the window.
The date-range selector shows exactly where the boundary is: choosing a date older than 30 days shows an upgrade prompt in place of the out-of-window data rather than an empty view. The ad-account selector counts down from 3 to 0 as you connect accounts, so the limit is visible before you hit it, not after.
No. The Free plan requires no credit card, no payment details, and no trial clock. Connect your Meta ad account and use every feature. If you choose to upgrade to Pro, billing runs through Polar — you enter payment details only at the point of upgrading.
Your data window expands immediately from 30 days to 12 months, and your ad-account cap rises from 3 to 10. A full 12-month backfill runs automatically — performance metrics arrive first, creative labels fill in as that job completes. Your existing data stays intact. Nothing is lost, nothing requires a logout or manual refresh.
Yes. Subscriptions are self-service through a Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access for the month you already paid for. Partial months are not refunded. When your subscription lapses, you revert to Free: the free-tier guard rails re-activate and historical data is re-gated, not deleted. It returns intact if you re-subscribe.
Max is a planned tier for agencies and multi-account operators: more ad accounts, more seats, $249/month. It is not yet available in the product. If you need more than 10 ad accounts today, join the waitlist and we will let you know when Max launches.
Directional only — there is an Enterprise line in the financial model at roughly $800/month for the largest multi-account operations, but it has no defined spec yet. If you are running more than 50 ad accounts and need a custom setup, contact us directly and we can discuss what that looks like.
Yes. Request one on the website and we will walk you through the product live. But the Free plan is the real demo — connect your account, use every feature, and decide whether Pro is worth it from real experience, not a sales call.
Pro billing runs through Polar, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Pricing is pulled from Polar dynamically, so a price change takes effect without a redeploy and never breaks a stale checkout link.
Yes, at any time. Upgrade through the in-app “Upgrade to Pro” button, which opens a Polar-hosted checkout flow in a separate window. On successful payment, your tier updates immediately and the backfill begins. Downgrade by cancelling Pro through the Polar customer portal — access continues to the end of the billing cycle, then Free takes over. No data is ever deleted on downgrade.
