This Privacy Policy describes how TripleDouble Group Ltd (company number 13609173), trading as Wilow ("we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website at trywilow.com and our advertising analytics platform (collectively, the "Service"). This policy applies to all users of the Service and to all data accessed through third-party advertising platform integrations.By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and all other applicable state, federal, and international privacy regulations.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect payment information through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Advertising Platform Data.

When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account to Wilow, we access data made available through the Meta Marketing API. This includes ad creative assets (images, videos, ad copy), campaign and ad set names, ad performance metrics (such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, cost per result, and reach), audience information associated with your campaigns, and ad status information (active, paused, archived). We access only the data necessary to provide our Service and in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.In the future, we may add integrations with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X (Twitter). If and when additional platform integrations are added, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the specific data accessed from each platform before those integrations go live.

Automatically Collected Information.

When you visit our website or use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URLs, pages visited within the Service, features used, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your DataWe use the information we collect for the following specific purposes.We use your account information to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, process payments, send you transactional communications such as purchase confirmations, invoices, and onboarding emails, and to respond to your support inquiries.We use your advertising platform data solely to provide the core functionality of our Service — specifically, to retrieve, organize, and display your ad creatives and campaign performance data in a clear, visual format so that you can understand which of your advertisements are running and how they are performing. We do not use your advertising platform data for any purpose other than providing you with analytics, reporting, and insights within the Service.We use automatically collected information to analyze usage patterns and improve the design, functionality, and performance of our Service, to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues, and to ensure the security of the Service.We may send you marketing communications about product updates and new features, which you may opt out of at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us directly.

3. How We Protect Your Advertising Data

We want to be fully transparent about how we handle advertising data accessed through third-party platforms such as Meta.We access your advertising platform data only after you have explicitly authorized the connection by completing the platform's OAuth authentication flow. We use your advertising platform data solely to provide you with analytics, reporting, and visual insights within our Service. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your advertising platform data to any third party. We do not use your advertising data to run, manage, or optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf. We do not use your advertising data for targeting, profiling, or advertising purposes outside of the stated functions of the Service. We do not combine your advertising data with any third-party datasets or internal personally identifiable information (PII) datasets in a manner that would lead to the identification of an end user. Our use of data received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Developer Data Use Policy. You may disconnect any advertising platform at any time through your account settings, which will immediately stop further data syncing from that platform.4. Data SharingWe share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances.

Service Providers. We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including hosting and infrastructure providers, our payment processor (Stripe), and analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data, use it only for the purposes we specify, and delete it when their services are no longer needed.

Advertising Platforms. We interact with advertising platforms (such as Meta) on your behalf solely to authenticate your account and retrieve your advertising data. We do not transmit your data back to these platforms or share your data with them beyond what is necessary for authentication and data retrieval.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TripleDouble Group Ltd, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such transfer and any changes to this Privacy Policy.We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not transfer or sell user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention Periods. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain your advertising platform data for as long as your account is active and the relevant platform connection is authorized, in order to provide you with ongoing analytics and historical performance insights. We retain automatically collected usage data for up to 24 months. We retain support correspondence for up to 6 months after account deletion.

Account Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@trywilow.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize all of your personal data and advertising platform data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or complying with legal obligations. We will confirm the completion of your deletion request by email.

Ad

Platform Disconnection.
When you disconnect an advertising platform from your account, we stop syncing new data from that platform immediately. Previously synced data will be retained in your account until you request its deletion or delete your account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have certain rights regarding your personal data under applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.

Right of Access. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is processed.

Right to Rectification. You may request correction of any inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data. You can also update your account information directly by logging into your account.

Right to Erasure. You may request deletion of your personal data. See Section 6 above for our deletion process and timelines.

Right to Restriction. You may request that we restrict or limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

Right to Data Portability. Where applicable, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another service.Right to Object. You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests in certain circumstances.

Right to Withdraw Consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — however, we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. These measures include encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL, encryption of data at rest, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only, regular security assessments, and secure authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0) for all advertising platform connections.However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and assist with marketing efforts.

Essential Cookies. These are required for the Service to function properly, such as maintaining your login session. These cannot be disabled.
