Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wilow website at trywilow.com and our advertising analytics platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TripleDouble Group Ltd (company number 13609173), trading as Wilow ("we," "our," or "us").By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at trywilow.com/privacy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" will refer to both you individually and that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Wilow is an advertising analytics platform that connects with third-party digital advertising platforms (currently Meta, including Facebook and Instagram) to provide business leaders with consolidated visibility into their advertising performance. The Service retrieves, organizes, and visually presents your ad creative assets and campaign performance data so you can understand which advertisements are running and how they are performing.The Service is designed for informational and analytical purposes only. Wilow does not run, manage, or optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf.We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any material changes. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with others. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at kole@trywilow.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we reasonably suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
3. Advertising Platform Connections
The Service allows you to connect your third-party advertising accounts, currently limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). By connecting these accounts, you authorize Wilow to access your advertising data through Meta's Marketing API, including ad creative assets, campaign and ad set metadata, ad performance metrics, audience information, and ad status information. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant Wilow access to the advertising accounts you connect and that doing so does not violate any agreements you have with Meta or any other third party. You acknowledge that Wilow accesses your advertising data in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Developer Data Use Policy.We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of data provided by Meta or any other third-party advertising platform. Changes to Meta's APIs, terms, or availability may affect the functionality of the Service, and Wilow shall not be liable for any such disruptions. You may disconnect your Meta advertising account at any time through your account settings.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Free Trial. New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Service. During the free trial, you will have access to the features of the Basic Plan. At the end of the free trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your access to paid features will be suspended. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
Basic Plan ($20 per month). Access to the Service with one connected ad account and one ad channel.
Pro Plan ($200 per month — coming soon). Access to the Service with up to ten connected ad accounts and five ad channels. The Pro Plan is not yet available. We will announce its availability through the Service and via email to registered users.Plan features, pricing, and limits are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to pricing that affect your current subscription.
Payment. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis. The processing of payments is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Stripe, available at stripe.com. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by your financial institution.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing kole@trywilow.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose as an advertising analytics tool and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. You agree not to use automated means such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service, except as expressly permitted by us. You agree not to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service. You agree not to use data obtained through the Service to build a competing product or service. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including suspending or terminating their account without notice or refund.6. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property. The Service, including its design, user interface, features, functionality, content, trademarks, the Wilow name and logo, and all underlying technology and software, is owned by TripleDouble Group Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it in accordance with these Terms.
Your Data. You retain all rights to the advertising data and other content that you provide to or access through the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Wilow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over Your Data. Upon termination of your account or disconnection of an advertising platform, our license to Your Data ceases, subject to any retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback. If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your advertising data and business information. We will not disclose Your Data to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy at trywilow.com/privacy, as required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or as you instruct us to do so. We do not sell, rent, or trade your advertising data. We do not use your advertising data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms (currently Meta) and uses third-party service providers (such as Stripe for payment processing). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service. Links to or integrations with third-party services do not constitute an endorsement by us.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the data retrieved from Meta or any other third-party advertising platform will be accurate, complete, or current. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. We do not warrant that any errors in the Service will be corrected.You acknowledge that advertising data is sourced from third-party platforms and that Wilow is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in that data. The Service is intended to provide insights and analytics and should not be relied upon as a definitive record of advertising performance. Any business decisions made based on data presented through the Service are made at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIPLEDOUBLE GROUP LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRIPLEDOUBLE GROUP LTD DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TripleDouble Group Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party including any intellectual property or privacy right, and your connection of third-party advertising accounts to the Service without proper authorization.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In particular, we may terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by a third-party platform (such as Meta) due to a change in their policies or API access, or if we discontinue the Service.Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of Your Data before termination by contacting kole@trywilow.com.You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at kole@trywilow.com or through your account settings. Upon your termination, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy at trywilow.com/privacy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TripleDouble Group Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, failures of third-party platforms or APIs, internet disruptions, or power outages.15. Changes to These TermsWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms at trywilow.com/terms-of-service and updating the "Last Updated" date above. For significant changes, we will also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
